Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do not offer separate wholesale pricing. Since we specialize in high-quality permanent jewelry supplies and serve businesses of all sizes, we keep our pricing transparent and available to everyone. Instead, we offer large order discounts so customers purchasing higher quantities can receive savings without requiring a wholesale account or minimum commitment.
Whether you are a professional permanent jewelry artist, a small business owner, or just getting started, everyone has access to the same great products and volume discounts.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing?
Yes! If you are eligible for tax-exempt purchasing, please send us a copy of your valid resale certificate or tax exemption certificate to hellokikijade@gmail.com. Once approved, we can update your account so eligible purchases are processed without sales tax.
If you have already placed an order with sales tax applied, please contact us before your order ships and we will review your request.
What materials do you offer?

What is 14k gold filled?
Our gold filled items are made by bonding a thick layer of real 14k gold to a brass metal core. Under U.S. standards, 1/20 gold-filled means the gold layer makes up 5% of the total weight, which is significantly more than gold-plated materials and is designed for long-lasting wear when properly cared for.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Yes, all sterling silver can tarnish over time. However, wearing sterling silver regularly can help keep it brighter because natural movement and friction can help polish the surface. Tarnishing depends on factors such as skin chemistry, moisture, sweat, lotions, perfumes, and exposure to chemicals.
Are your chains safe for permanent jewelry?
Our chains are commonly used by permanent jewelry artists. However, suitability can vary based on personal preferences, lifestyle, and skin sensitivity. We recommend choosing materials based on your client's needs and explaining proper care instructions.
How do I care for my permanent jewelry supplies?
To keep your supplies looking their best:
- Store unused chains and components in a dry, clean place
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals
- Keep away from excessive moisture and humidity
- Handle materials carefully to prevent scratches or damage
Do you offer samples?
We recommend purchasing smaller quantities first if you are trying a new style or material. This allows you to test our items before placing a larger order.
