Our 7-day return policy allows customers to return eligible items within seven days of receiving their order for a full refund or exchange. The items must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund or send the exchange.
