Our products are available to businesses, jewelry professionals, and individual customers. Purchasing from KIKI JADE does not require a wholesale account unless otherwise stated.

4. MATERIALS

Products are identified by their applicable material in each product listing, which may include 14k gold filled, 925 sterling silver, PVD stainless steel, or other materials.

Jewelry materials naturally respond differently to wear, moisture, chemicals, skin chemistry, storage conditions, and environmental exposure. We do not guarantee that any jewelry product will remain unchanged indefinitely.

5. CHAINS SOLD BY THE FOOT

Certain chains are sold by the foot and are cut specifically according to the quantity ordered.

Unless otherwise stated, multiple feet of the same chain ordered in a single transaction will generally be provided as one continuous length when inventory permits. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted continuous lengths in every circumstance.

Because cut chain is prepared specifically for an order, chains sold by the foot may be considered final sale once cut, except where the product received is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

Minor manufacturing variations or differences between production batches are not necessarily considered defects.

6. PERMANENT JEWELRY AND PROFESSIONAL USE

Some KIKI JADE products are designed or marketed for use in permanent jewelry.

Customers and jewelry professionals are solely responsible for determining whether a particular product is appropriate for their equipment, welding settings, application, customer, and intended use.

Permanent jewelry involves specialized tools and procedures. KIKI JADE does not control how products are installed, welded, fitted, maintained, or used after purchase.

We are not responsible for injury, property damage, equipment damage, improper installation, improper welding, incorrect sizing, or other damages resulting from improper or unintended use of our products.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information errors, discount errors, or other inaccuracies.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected item or order when appropriate.
