I reached out to Kiki Jade because I needed the pendants shipped quickly for a family event. Kiki Jade was super responsive to my messages and shipped it out right away - I received them very quickly as I was local (part of why I chose their shop!).
I am super happy with the product and received many compliments on the pendants. Very appreciative of Kiki Jade and the attention they took in helping me. I already submitted a second order! :)
